ASR Smart Recovery System

The Smart Recovery System is a sensor-based system that detects the environment in which an aircraft is operating and makes decisions based on monitoring data. The system immediately evaluates an emergency situation, identifies the devices and systems available on the aircraft, and then automatically deploys the appropriate device and/or system in the safest manner unless overridden by the pilot.

ASR TriChute Landing System

Controlled by the pilot as a last ditch-effort to save lives in the event of loss of control, failure of the aircraft structure or other in-flight emergencies, the TriChute Landing System separates the passenger compartment from the fuel-containing wings while simultaneously deploying three parachutes. The passenger compartment and each wing land separately allowing a level, controlled landing for the passengers while minimizing damage to the aircraft and the risk of an explosion.

1.Six passenger aircraft in distress.
 
2.Pilot activates ASR TriChute Landing System.

 
3.Landing gear is deployed if possible.
  
4.As the aircraft's fuel-containing wings separate from passenger compartment, three parachutes are deployed.
