| | R. SCOTT LEWIS, Chief Avionics Engineer, is an expert in FAA STC & TSO certification of new technologies as well as the identification and evaluation of new corporate strategic alliances. He is Director of Engineering - Avionics and Electrical for the Sikorsky Aircraft Commercial Aviation Division (SGH), a FAA licensed Pilot, Consultant and Company DER, TC and STC ODA Unit Member. Lewis also is Vice President of Engineering for BFS, Inc., a FAA certification and TSO manufacturing firm that he founded in 1992. He previously worked with other companies including IBM Corp. and Data 100 Corp. as a Software/Hardware Field Engineer. Lewis served with the U.S. Navy Hurricane Hunters as in flight aircrew member. He is a graduate of Penn State University where he received a Liberal Arts Degree in English and Psychology.

| | KAI C. SIMONSEN, owner of Millennium HD (www.millenniumhd.com), leads ASR’s multimedia communications team. He is an accomplished producer and cinematographer who specializes in corporate multimedia productions. A broadcast industry veteran, Kai joined the news team at WNBC-TV in New York in 1996 and moved to WNYW-Fox 5 in 1998. As a result of his exposure in the number one news market in the country and his exceptional coverage of some of the most memorable events of the past 10 years, Kai has been featured on NBC News, National Geographic and is a regular Fox NewsChannel contributor. Kai can still be seen on Fox 5’s Good Day New York every weekday morning.

| | FRED DIMARIA, Director of Corporate Development for ASR, also is President of Creative Business Strategies International, a boutique business consulting firm which he founded in 1981 after 22 years with companies including Hoffmann La Roche, Sun Chemical and Allied Signal. During his corporate career, DiMaria was a research scientist, manufacturing process modifier and a corporate strategist for pharmaceutical and specialty materials companies. More recently, he is known for his expertise in the process of technology commercialization, as well as the identification and evaluation of corporate strategic alliances. DiMaria earned an MBA with magna cum laude honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1972 where he also completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.

The former Interim Chief Financial Officer for Revol Wireless has over 23 years experience in corporate financial management. Prior to joining Revol Wireless, Marino served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for CT Communications, Inc., a provider of integrated telecommunications and related services to residential and business customers. His financial management background also includes working for Omnipoint Communications, NYNEX Mobile and AT&T. Marino is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in Corporate Financial Management from Pace University.

She is a trusted source for media throughout the New York Metro area and across the country. She is a graduate of West Virginia University’s School of Journalism where she received both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Journalism.
